山西省2005年至2016年医疗服务信息公示数据综合分析

摘　　要：综合分析山西省历年医疗服务信息,为医疗服务质量持续改进提供依据.方法收集山西省卫生行政部门网站2005 年至2016 年医疗服务信息公示文件,进行汇总分析.结果山西省公示医疗机构数量逐渐增加;内容更加全面;出院人数、出院患者平均医疗费用呈逐年上升趋势,平均住院日呈逐年下降趋势.结论医疗服务信息公示综合分析为患者选择医院、社会监督评价医院以及引导促使医院重提高医疗质量提供了一个有效的信息平台.Objective To comprehensively analyze the medical service information of the province, for evidence of continuous improvement of medical service quality. Methods Collecting and analyzing the medical service information from 2005 to 2016 as provided by the Health and Family Planning Commission of Shanxi province. Results The number of medical institutions with information disclosure in Shanxi province increased gradually, with the contents being more and comprehensive. The number of discharges and the average hospitalization expenses were basically on the rise year by year, and the average length of stay was on the decline. Conclusions Comprehensive analysis of medical service information publicity provides an effective information platform in facilitating patients′ choice of hospitals, social supervision and evaluation hospital, and guiding hospitals to focus on improving medical quality.
