摘　　要：目的了解铁杆吸烟者的行为特性,并分析影响其吸烟行为及戒烟意愿的相关因素。方法 2017年12月-2018年5月,采用横断面研究方法,选取武汉市郊区与中心城区某综合性医院门诊的吸烟者进行问卷调查。对符合纳入标准的199份有效样本进行分析。结果共发出1 080份调查问卷,回收有效问卷985份,199份问卷符合纳入标准,其中22位为女性,177位为男性。吸烟依赖是铁杆吸烟者之吸烟行为的重要因素(AOR=1.06,P<0.01),戒烟动机是铁杆吸烟者之戒烟意愿的重要因素(AOR=3.89,P<0.05)。结论未来在制定铁杆吸烟者戒烟措施的方向,首要为降低吸烟依赖及提升戒烟动机,从而拟订出更具成效的戒烟策略,进一步提升铁杆吸烟者的戒烟率。Objective To understand the behavioral characteristics of hardcore smokers, analyze the related factors affecting their smoking behavior and their willingness to quit smoking. Methods From December 2017 to May 2018, by the cross-sectional survey, a questionnaire investigation was conducted in smokers in outpatient clinics of a general hospital in suburban and central urban areas of Wuhan City. 199 valid samples meeting inclusion criteria were analyzed. Results A total of 1 080 questionnaires were sent out and 985 valid questionnaires were collected. 199 questionnaires met the inclusion criteria , including 22 women and 177 men. Smoking dependence was an important factor in smoking behavior of hardcore smokers (AOR=1.06, P<0.01). Smoking cessation motivation was an important factor in smoking cessation intention of hardcore smokers (AOR=3.89,P <0.05). Conclusion In the future, when formulating the direction of smoking cessation measures for hardcore smokers, the first thing is to reduce smoking dependence and enhance smoking cessation motivation, so as to formulate more effective smoking cessation strategies, and further increase the quitting rate of hardcore smokers.
