摘 要:目的探讨氧化石墨烯对变形链球菌生长的抑制作用。方法选用变形链球菌UA159作为研究菌株,应用48孔板和梯度稀释法,以洗必泰溶液为阳性对照,检测氧化石墨烯的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度。应用48孔板及梯度稀释法,检测氧化石墨烯的抑菌率。结果氧化石墨烯对变形链球菌的生长有抑制作用,氧化石墨烯对变形链球菌的最小抑菌浓度为320μg/ml,最小杀菌浓度为640μg/ml。氧化石墨烯对变形链球菌的抑制作用随着浓度的上升而增强,当浓度为640μg/ml时抑制率达到顶峰。结论氧化石墨烯对变形链球菌的生长有明显的抑制作用。Objective The research is to evaluate the antibacterial effects of graphene oxide( GO) against Streptococcus mutans( S. mutans). Methods The S. mutans UA159 was chosen as the study bacterium. The minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration( MBC) of GO against S. mutans were determined by using 48-well plates with gradient dilution method,and liquor hibitane was used as the control.Results GO exhibited effective antibacterial efficiency against S.mutans.The MIC and MBC of GO against S.mutans were 320μg/ml and 640μg/ml separately. The loss of S. mutans viability rose with the increases of GO concentration and get to the peak when the dose up to 640μg/ml. Conclusions GO exhibits remarkable antibacterial efficiency against S.mutans.
