人文关怀护理对泌尿外科内镜手术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的评价人文关怀护理对提高泌尿外科内镜手术患者舒适度和护理满意度的效果。方法选择2018年1—5月在本院泌尿外科行内镜下手术患者40例设为对照组,实施传统的护理;另选择2018年6—10月在同病区行同类手术患者40例设为观察组,实施人文关怀护理。比较两组患者的心理、生理舒适度和护理满意度。结果观察组患者心理、生理舒适度和护理满意度均显著高于对照组,两组患者差异达非常显著水平(P均<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理可明显增加泌尿外科内镜手术患者的心理、生理舒适度和护理满意度,人文关怀护理可使患者更舒适、安全和满意,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of humanistic care on improving comfort and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing urological endoscopic surgery. Methods Using the experimental method,40 cases of patients undergoing endoscopic urological surgery in our hospital from January 1,2018 to May 30,2018 were selected as the control group for traditional nursing,and 40 cases of patients undergoing similar surgery in the same ward from June 1,2018 to October 30,2018 were selected as the observation group for humanistic care nursing.Psychological and physiological comfort and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The psychological and physiological comfort level and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Humanistic care could significantly increase the psychological and physiological comfort level and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing urological endoscopic surgery,and humanistic care could make patients more comfortable,safe and satisfied,which is worthy of promotion.
