2014～2018年潍坊市职业病发病情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解潍坊市职业病发病情况,为职业病防控工作提供建议。方法对2014.2018年潍坊市通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统报告的职业病病例进行分析。结果2014.2018年潍坊市职业病共报告发病747例,其中尘肺719例,占96_25%;矽肺发病252例,占33.73%;煤工尘肺230例,占30.79%;电焊工尘肺124例,占16.60%,除尘肺外,其他职业病报告发病数排名前3位的分别是噪声聋(10例、占1.34%)、慢性职业中毒(9例、占1.20%)、中暑(5例、占0.67%);经济类型以国有企业为主(607例、占81.26%),行业以采矿业(439例、占58.77%)和制造业(283例、占37.88%)为主,企业规模以中型企业(474例、占63.45%)和小型企业(165例、占22.09%)为主。结论潍坊市职业病发病以尘肺为主,发病主要集中在中小型国有企业。Objective To understand the incidence of occupational diseases in Weifang city from 2014 to 2018,so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods Data was analyzed on the occupational diseases reported in Weifang city from the direct network reporting system of China CDC from 2014 to 2018. Results From 2014 to 2018,a total of 747 workers were reported as occupational diseases cases in Weifang city,among them there were 719 pneumoconiosis cases(96.25%),which including 252 silicosis cases(33.73%),230 coal worker’s pneumoconiosis cases(30.79%) and 124 welder’s pneumoconiosis cases(16.60%).Besides the pneumoconiosis,the top 3 reported number of cases were noise-induced deafness(10 cases,1.34%),chronic occupational poisoning(9 cases,1.20%) and occupational heatstroke(5 cases,0.67%).From 2014 to 2018,the cases concentrated in state owned economy(607 cases,81.26%).In terms of industry,cases mainly occurred in mining industry(439 cases,58.77%) and manufacturing industry(283 cases,37.88%).The occupational disease cases mainly reported in medium-sized enterprises(474 cases,63.45%) and small-sized enterprises(165 cases,22.09%). Conclusion Occupational diseases in Weifang city are dominated by pneumoconiosis,mainly occur in medium and small-sized enterprises.
