摘　　要：目的了解济南市2017年确诊的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者和艾滋病(AIDS)病人(people living with HIV/AIDS,PLWHA)的心理状况,为提高艾滋病患者随访、抗病毒治疗依从性,改进各级疾控中心、抗病毒治疗医疗机构的服务质量提供依据。方法采用方便抽样方法,利用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对济南市2017年确诊的HIV/AIDS患者(PLWHA)进行心理状况评定。结果济南市2017年确诊为HIV/AIDS患者的SCL-90量表在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性5个因子显著高于全国常模(P<0.01或<0.05),心理健康问题检出率为22.83%,心理状况在不同年龄、不同职业差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表现为低年龄组、学生和家政家务及待业组心理症状相对严重,婚姻状况对HIV/AIDS患者的心理状况影响与普通人群差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论济南市2017年确诊的HIV/AIDS患者心理健康水平显著低于普通人群,年龄、职业等是影响因素。Objective To understandthe mental health of the people living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA)diagnosed in 2017 in Jinan city,so as to provide the evidence for improving the compliance of follow up and anti-virus therapy of the patients and promoting the service quality of CDC at all levels and medical institutions with anti-virus therapy.Methods Convenience sampling method was used,and the mental health of the new PLWHA in Jinan in 2017 was evaluated by SCL-90.Results Among the new PLWHA in Jinan in 2017,the mean scores in 5 subscales(somatization,obsession,depression,anxiety,terrorist and psychotic)of SCL-90 were significantly higher than those of Chinese normal(P<0.01,<0.05),the detection rate of psychological problems were 22.83%.There were statistically significant differences in mental health among different age groups and occupations(P<0.05),low age group,students and home economics/unemployed had comparatively severe mental health status,comparing to HIV/AIDS patients and the normal population,there was no significant difference in the mental health among different statues of marriage(P>0.05).Conclusion The mental health of new PLWHA are obviously lower than the ordinary people,the major influential factors are age and occupations.
