摘 要:目的利用超声波辅助技术,建立一种土壤中的汞的原子荧光测定方法。方法土壤用(1+2)王水超声辅助浸提1.5 h,原子荧光光谱法测定汞含量。结果该方法在0~1.0μg/L范围内线性良好,r=0.999 9,检出限0.001 3 mg/kg,加标回收率为92%~102%,RSD为2.28%~3.14%,对国家标准物质的测定结果均符合参考值。结论该方法省时省力,操作简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,适合大批量土壤样品中汞的测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of mercury in soil by atomic fluorescence spectrometry using ultrasonic assisted technology. Methods The soil was extracted with(1+2) nitrohydrochloric acid for 1.5 hours under ultrasonic condition to determinate mercury. Results The method had good linearity in the range of 0-1.0 μg/L,r=0.999 9,the detection limit of the method was 0.001 3 mg/kg,and the recoveries were in the range of 92%~102% with RSDs of 2.28%-3.14%.The analysis results of the national standard materials were in the range of the reference values. Conclusion The method has the advantages of time saving and energy saving,and is easy and simple to operate,has high sensitivity and good reproducibility,and is suitable for the analysis of mercury in large quantities of soil samples.
