摘　　要：运用问卷调查、专家访谈等方法,以参加国家社会体育指导员(潜水)考试1683名考生的相关信息为基础,研究我国潜水社会体育指导员队伍现状及其优化路径。研究表明:我国潜水社会体育指导员队伍主要存在规模有限、分布不平衡,整体素质偏低,指导经验较匮乏,培训考核未杜绝安全隐患等问题。优化路径:从根源处完善和强化考核、监管机制,在动力端促进多元治理方式的形成,在供给侧推动潜水学历教育与职业教育的持续融合。Using questionnaires,expert interview and other research methods,based on the information of 1683 candidates who had participated in the national social sport instructor (diving) examination,this paper studies the current situation and optimization path of underwater diving social sport instructors’ team in China. The research shows that: the underwater diving social sport instructors’ team in China mainly exists problems such as limited in scales,unbalanced distribution,low overall quality,lack of guidance experience,tests have threat in terms of safety problem. Optimization paths: to improve and strengthen the assessment and supervision mechanism from the root,to promote the formation of multiple governance modes,and to promote the continuous integration of underwater diving academic education and vocational education on the supply-side.
