“筋骨并重”思想在推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床应用及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察"筋骨并重"思想为指导的推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法患者60例随机分成对照组与观察组两组各30例。对照组采用常规推拿手法治疗,观察组接受"筋骨并重"思想为指导的推拿手法治疗,持续治疗2周。观察并对比两组患者治疗前后症状改善评分、疼痛程度变化及疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%(P <0.05)。两组治疗后《田中靖久症状量表》评分均高于治疗前(均P <0.05),且观察组治疗后评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组治疗后评分均低于治疗前(均P <0.05),且观察组治疗后评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论"筋骨并重"思想为指导的推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效优于常规推拿治疗,可有效改善疼痛症状和症状体征,因此在颈椎病治疗过程中应树立"筋骨并重"思想。Objective: to study the curative effect of massage guided by the thought of "stressing both muscles and bones" in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and the effect on the improvement of comprehensive symptoms of patients. Methods: 60 cases of patients were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with conventional manipulation of massage,while the observation group was treated with massage guided by the idea of "stressing both bones and muscles" for 20 days. The symptom improvement score, pain degree and curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%(28/30)whicc was higher than that in the control group 80.00%(24/30)(P < 0.05). After treatment, the results of yasuhisa tanaka symptom scale and VAS pain score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: massage guided by the idea of "stressing both muscles and bones" has a significant effect in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and its total effective rate is better than that of conventional massage,which can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of pain. Therefore, the idea of "stressing both muscles and bones" should be established in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
