摘　　要：后尿道损伤作为泌尿外科常见病之一,由于其致病原因及解剖特征等导致临床治疗难度较大。近年来随着越来越多的患者接受后尿道成形手术治疗,手术后相关并发症也不断出现。为了使手术取得更好的疗效,如何正确、及时应对术中及术后出现的相关并发症对于患者康复起到关键作用。本文根据上海交通大学附属第六人民医院泌尿外科的相关经验,结合国内外同行的相关研究进行讨论,总结并提出后尿道成形手术常见并发症的应对措施及其防范方法。As one of the common urological diseases,posterior urethral injury is difficult to treat due to its pathogenic causes and anatomical characteristics.In recent years,with more and more patients undergoing posterior urethroplasty,the incidence of postoperative complications is also on the rise.Therefore,dealing with complications correctly and timely during and after surgery plays a key role in patients’ rehabilitation.Based on our experience and relevant studies from domestic and foreign counterparts,this paper will discuss and summarize the countermeasures and preventive measures for common complications of posterior urethroplasty.
