摘 要:为提高SiCp/6061Al复合材料的性能,采用不同方法对SiC颗粒进行了表面处理,并通过直热烧结法制备了不同SiC表面改性状态的SiCp/6061Al复合材料。研究表明:经过酸洗+高温氧化处理后SiCp表面生成了一层SiO2膜,SiCp的棱角发生钝化,颗粒形貌发生改变;经过碱洗+K2ZrF6处理后,SiCp表面得到粗化,并在SiCp表面析出K2ZrF6。对SiCp进行不同表面处理后,制得的SiCp/6061Al复合材料的性能都得到很大改善,而且碱洗+K2ZrF6处理这种表面处理方法对复合材料性能的改善效果最佳。In order to improve the properties of the SiCp/6061Al composites, surface treatment of SiC particles was carried out by using different methods, and the SiCp/6061Al composites under different surface modified states were prepared by direct thermal sintering method. The results show that, a layer of SiO2 film is formed on the surface of SiCp, the edges of SiCpare passivated and the morphology of the particles is changed after pickling and high temperature oxidation. The surface of SiCpis roughened and K2ZrF6 is precipitated on the surface of SiCpafter alkaline washing and K2ZrF6 treatment. The surface treatment method with alkaline washing and K2ZrF6 treatment has the best effect on the improvement of the properties of composites.
