摘　　要：为了满足煤矿井下大直径长钻孔定向钻进工艺的要求,迫切需要一种稳定可靠、搬运方便、大流量的泥浆泵车。通过对比分析现有泥浆泵的优缺点,设计出了BC800泥浆泵车的液压系统,并对水泵、液压马达、液压泵、电动机等关键部件进行了计算与选型。经过对水泵流量、马达输出扭矩及电动机功率等关键参数的校核,所选关键部件均满足设计要求。通过调试及实验表明:BC800泥浆泵车运行平稳、噪音小,压力与流量均达到了设计要求,可以满足ZYWL-20000DS定向钻机的使用要求。To satisfy the request of the directional drilling technology for large diameter and long hole,a stable pump truck with easy-moving function and large flow is needed.The hydraulic system of the BC800 pump truck was designed by comparing the advantage and disadvantage of existing mud pumps.Key components including water pump,hydraulic motor,hydraulic pump and electric motor were calculated and selected.All these key components were proved to fulfill the design request by the check of their important parameters,such as the flow of the water pump,output torque of the hydraulic motor and the power of the electric motor.It is verified by the experiment that the BC800 pump truck works stably with low noise,achieves the design request of the pressure and the flow and can satisfy the using request of the ZYWL-20000 DS directional drilling rig.
