摘 要:针对综采工作面装备回撤过程中作业时间长、所需人员多、危险性高、回撤材料消耗严重、回撤效率低等问题,分析了由三角区支架组、端头支架组和绞车支撑平台组成的成套支护装备及技术,在分别介绍临时支护装备的主要技术参数及结构特征的基础上研究了支护装备电液控制系统,并分析了支护装备的布置方式和使用效果。回撤工作面成套临时支护装备的使用大幅度减少了作业时间和人员,节约了劳动成本,具有良好的安全、技术及经济效益。Aiming at the problems of long working time,more personnel needed,high danger,serious material consumption and low efficiency of equipment withdrawal in fully mechanized mining face,the supporting technology and equipment consisting of triangle-area support group,face-end support group and winch support platform were analyzed.On the basis of introducing the main technical parameters and structural characteristics of temporary support equipment,the electro-hydraulic control system of support equipment was studied.And the layout and use effect of support equipment were analyzed.The use of temporary support equipment in the withdrawal face greatly reduces the operation time and personnel,saves labor costs,has good safety,technology and economic benefits.
