摘  要:我国煤矿提升系统中普遍采用盘式制动器,其故障分析及维检工作极其重要。从介绍盘式制动器原理入手,分析了盘式制动器的故障类型及原因,运用盘式制动器的制动正压力及闸间隙对其运行过程进行有效控制,重点分析盘式制动器的碟形弹簧压力不能转化为制动正压力情形,并根据日常维检过程提出故障控制方法,从根本上避免因制动系统故障诱发的矿井提升系统的重大事故,进而确保矿井提升系统的安全、可靠运行。Disc brake is widely used in China′s coal mine hoisting system.Its fault analysis and maintenance are very important.By introducing the principle of disc brake,the failure types and causes of disc brake were discussed.Using the brake positive pressure and brake clearance of disc brake to control its operation process effectively.Emphasis is placed on analyzing the failure of disc brakes that the disc spring pressure is not equal to the positive pressure of braking.And put forward the fault control method according to the routine inspection process.Fundamentally avoid major accidents caused by the failure of the braking system in the mine hoisting system,so as to ensure the safety and reliable operation of the mine hoisting system.
