摘 要:目的分析2015—2018年武汉市新建地铁站集中空调通风系统送风微生物污染影响因素。方法对2015—2018年武汉市新建地铁站集中空调通风系统的混风室、风机柜、送风口开展监测,研究集中空调通风系统送风微生物浓度的变化趋势及其影响因素。结果混风室、风机柜、风管前端、风管末端分别完成送风样品监测45件,送风细菌总数合格率分别为62.22%、97.78%、97.78%、93.33%,不同监测点送风细菌总数浓度水平差异有统计学意义(χ^2=109.243,P<0.05)。经过两两比较,混风室与风机柜、风管前端与风管末端的送风细菌总数浓度水平差异均有统计学意义(调整后P分别=0.000、0.002<0.05);送风真菌总数合格率分别为24.44%、88.89%、91.11%、84.44%,不同监测点送风真菌总数浓度水平差异有统计学意义(χ^2=60.878,P<0.05)。经过两两比较,混风室与风机柜的送风真菌总数浓度水平差异有统计学意义(调整后P=0.000<0.05)。结论送风微生物污染程度混风室>风机柜>送风口;送风口送风微生物污染受风源质量、工程结构及室内环境质量影响。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of microbial contamination in air of central air conditioning and ventilation system of the newly built subway stations in Wuhan from 2015 to 2018. Methods The mixing chambers,wind cabinets and air supply ports of central air conditioning and ventilation system of the newly built subway stations in Wuhan were monitored from 2015 to 2018.The variation trend of microbial concentration in the air supply of central air-conditioning ventilation system and its influencing factors were studied. Results Forty-five air supply samples were monitored in the mixing chambers,wind cabinets, air duct fronts and air duct ends.The qualified rates were 62.22%,97.78%,97.78%,and 93.33%,respectively.There were significant statistical differences in total bacterial counts in different monitoring points(χ^2=109.243, P <0.05).There were significant statistical differences in total bacterial counts in the mixing chambers compared to wind cabinets,and in the air duct front comparted to the air duct end (adjusted P =0.000;0.002,respectively).The qualified rates of total fungi count were 24.44%,88.89%,91.11%,and 84.44%,respectively.There were significant statistical differences in total fungal count in different monitoring points(χ^2=60.878, P < 0.05).Further analysis showed that there was significantly statistical difference in total fungi in mixing rooms compared to wind cabinets(adjusted P =0.000). Conclusion The degree of microbial contamination of air supply in central air conditioning and ventilation system in the newly built subway stations of Wuhan was: mixing chambers>wind cabinets>air supply outlets.Microbial contamination of air supply at air supply ports was affected by the quality of wind source, engineering structure and indoor environment quality.
