摘  要:大学生核心竞争力的培养是大学素质教育的一项重要工作。本文主要探讨了提高水产养殖专业大学生核心竞争力的培养模式,通过完善人才培养模式及方案、加强校企合作、完善创新实践体系建设、加强师资队伍建设以及课程与教材建设等举措,旨在将大学生核心竞争力的培养与水产养殖专业教育有机地结合起来。此外,本文进一步提出了目前水产养殖专业大学生核心竞争力培养过程中存在的问题及解决对策。The cultivation of college students’ core competitiveness is the top priority of university quality education. This paper mainly discussed the cultivation mode of the core competitiveness of college students majoring in aquaculture. In order to integrate the cultivation of core competitiveness with the professional education of aquaculture, some measures should be taken such as: improving the mode and program of personnel training,strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises, improving the construction of innovation practice system, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and curriculum and teaching materials and others. Besides,this paper also puts forward solutions to the problems in the cultivation of core competence of college students majoring in aquaculture.
