摘  要:以6种生防农药和"威代尔"葡萄为试材,采用室内毒力测定、离体果粒和田间药效试验,研究了几种植物源和微生物源药剂对葡萄灰霉病的防治效果,以期为这6种生防农药的进一步推广应用起到指导作用。结果表明:植物源药剂丁子香芹酚和微生物源药剂寡雄腐霉菌,均能有效的抑制葡萄灰霉病菌菌丝的生长,其EC50值分别为4.64μL·mL-1和1.21 mg·mL-1;丁子香芹酚(120μL·mL-1)和寡雄腐霉菌(1.8 mg·mL-1)对葡萄灰霉病都具有很好的保护和治疗作用,其防治效果和化学农药嘧啶胺(0.2μL·mL-1)防效相当,同时对葡萄植株的生长和果实都没有影响。试验表明植物源药剂丁子香芹酚和微生物源药剂寡雄腐霉菌对葡萄灰霉病防治效果明显,值得在葡萄生产上推广使用。Six biological pesticides and ‘Vidal’ grapes were used as materials,and taking laboratorying toxicity,isolated grape and control efficacy test,the effects of several botanical and biological′s pesticides against on Botrytis cinerea were investigated,in order to play a guiding role in the further promotion and application of the six biological pesticides.The results of toxicity test showed that the eugenel and pythium oligandrum could inhibit the growth of the mycelium of Botrytis cinereal,EC50 were 4.64 μL·mL-1 and 1.21 mg·mL-1 respectively.At the same time,the results of tests showed that eugenel(120 μL·mL-1) and pythium oligandrum(1.8 mg·mL-1) both had a remarkable protection and treatment effect on grape Botrytis cinerea,and the effect was similar to chemical pesticide(0.2 μL·mL-1),and had no effect on the growth and fruit of the grape plants.Thus,the experiment showed that the eugenel and pythium oligandrum had obvious effects on the control of Botrytis cinerea,which is deserve to popularize on grape production.
