摘　　要：北京农业作为特大城市战略性基础产业,其每一阶段的发展调整,都服从和服务于不同时期城市功能定位和城乡建设需要,该研究针对2014年北京开启的以农业节水、减排调粮及做精畜牧水产为主题的新一轮农业结构调整,以北京粮经产业为研究对象,总结了实施农业结构调整政策以来北京粮经产业结构调整的主要做法及成效,结合新形势及北京农业发展实际,提出下一步粮经产业调整的主要发展思路。As a strategic basic industry of mega-cities,the development and adjustment of agriculture in Beijing at each stage are subject to and serve the needs of urban function orientation and urban and rural construction in different periods.This study aims at the new round of agricultural structural adjustment with the theme of agricultural water saving,emission reduction,grain regulation and intensive animal husbandry and aquatic products launched in Beijing of 2014,took Beijing grain industry as the research object,summarized the main methods and effects of industrial restructuring of Beijing grain economy since the implementation of the agricultural restructuring policy,and put forward the main restructuring measures of grain economy industry in the next step in light of the new situation and the reality of Beijing′s agricultural development.
