摘　　要：总结了39例选择性脊神经后根切断术(SPR)术后压疮的预防管理,包括术前的健康教育及“一”字型翻身练习,术后定时翻身,使用防护垫减轻受压部位的压力,如使用3M膜、泡沫敷料等,并加强营养,减少受压皮肤的刺激。认为SPR术后存在较高的压疮发生风险,通过有效的术后压疮预防管理措施可明显降低术后压疮的发生率。Summarizing 39 methods of prevention and management of pressure ulcers after SPR.Appropriate measures including preoperative health education and practicing of turning over body in straight line,turning over the body regularly,Using the protective pad to relieve the pressure of the pressed areas,such as 3M film and foam dressing.In addition,It is also important to strengthen patient's nutrition and reduce the stimulation of patients' pressed skin.Patients with SPR have a higher risk of pressure ulcer, and the effective prevention and management measures can significantly reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer.
