摘 要:提高料层厚度能够充分利用烧结料层的自动蓄热作用,从而降低烧结工序的固体燃料消耗,因此厚料层烧结一直是烧结生产的主要发展方向之一。通过对烧结料层透气性进行理论分析,开展改善混匀料堆积效果、优化烧结布料时混合料粒度分布的横向偏析和纵向偏析等技术研究;同时通过优化操作参数、治理漏风和提高料温等措施,将首钢京唐公司550m2烧结机的料层厚度提高到910mm以上。结果表明:烧结矿中铁酸钙质量分数提高了3.67%、返矿率降低了2.36%、固体燃料消耗降低了1.93kg/t-s,达到改善烧结矿产、质量和节能减排的目的。Increasing the material bed depth can make full use of the automatic heat recovery ( accumulation) of the sintering material bed, thereby reducing the solid fuel consumption in the sintering process. Therefore, the deep bed sintering has always been one of the main development directions of sintering production. Based on the theoretical analysis of the permeability of the sintering bed, such technologies as the improvement of blended material accumulation effect and the optimization of transverse segregation and longitudinal segregation of the particle size distribution of the sintering mixture are studied. A t the same time,the thickness of the material layer of the 550 m2 sintering machine of Shougang Jingtang Company is increased to over 910 mm by measures such as optimizing operating parameters, controlling air leakage and improving material temperature etc. The results show that the mass fraction of calcium ferrite increases by 3. 6 7%,the rate of return fines decreases by 2. 36% and the consumption of solid fuel decreases by 1.9 3 kg/t-s, and thus the sinter output and quality, energy saving and emission reduction are improved.
