摘  要:为了应对烧结燃料需求缺口,宝钢开展兰炭替代焦粉的烧结杯试验,研究兰炭替代焦粉占比对烧结矿质量及性能的影响。结果表明:随着兰炭替代焦粉占比的增加,烧结矿成品率和落下强度、烧结机利用系数均有所下降;烧结矿还原粉化指数有所降低,但是降幅不大。试验证明兰炭替代焦粉占比不超过50%是合理的,且烧结尾气中S02质量浓度可得到有效控制,氮氧化物质量浓度有所降低。In order to cope with the demand gap of sintering fuels, the sintering pot test of replacing coke breeze with semi coke is carried out in Baosteel to study the effect of the proportion of semi-coke to replace the coke breeze on quality and properties of sinter. The results show that the product yield and drop strength of sinter and the sinter strand productivity all somewhat decrease with the increasing proportion of semi-coke to replace the coke breeze;the reduction and disintegration index of sinter somewhat decreases but not significantly. The test proves that, it is reasonable that the proportion of the semi-coke to replace the coke breeze is not more than 50%, the S02 mass concentration of sintering waste gas can be effectively controlled,and the mass concentration of nitrogen oxides can be reduced.
