摘 要:采用研山三系列铁精粉、白云石粉及高镁粉混匀造球,通过白云石粉和高镁粉调节酸性球团矿的MgO质量分数,探究不同MgO质量分数和焙烧条件下酸性球团的抗压强度及其变化规律,并得出适宜的成球条件。结果表明:在试验条件下,当MgO质量分数为2.0%时,生球的抗压强度达到最大值;焙烧温度在1250~1270尤范围内、冷却速率为15℃/min时球团矿的抗压强度最好;酸性成品球的抗压强度随MgO质量分数的增大呈先升高后降低的趋势,当MgO质量分数为2.0%时,酸性球团矿的抗压强度最好,可达到3050N/P。本研究可为推广酸性球团矿应用、改善酸性球团矿质量提供理论依据。By mixing three series Yanshan iron ore concentrate fines,dolomite powder and high magnesium powder for pelletizing and adjusting the MgO mass fraction of acid pellets with dolomite powder and high magnesium powder,the compressive strength and its variation law of acid pellets under different roasting conditions and MgO content are explored,and the suitable pelletizing conditions are obtained. The results show that, under test conditions, the compressive strength of green pellets reaches the maximum value when the mass fraction of MgO is 2.0%.The compressive strength of acid pellets is the best when the roasting temperature is in the range of 1250.1270t and the cooling rate is 15 ℃/ min.The compressive strength of acid pellets first increases and then decreases with the increase of the mass fraction of MgO. When the mass fraction of MgO is 2.0%, the compressive strength of acid pellets is the best, reaching 3 050 N/P.This study can provide theoretical basis for popularizing the application of acid pellets and improving the quality of acid pellets.
