摘 要:通过搭建电除尘提效试验系统,对不喷雾、喷水、喷碳酸钠溶液后的粉尘特性、电除尘器性能及SOx脱除性能进行研究。结果表明:喷水、喷碳酸钠溶液后,飞灰工况比电阻均有大幅降低,分别从7.02×10^12Ω·cm降为6.15×10^11、1.24×10^11Ω·cm,且细颗粒物团聚现象明显,PM2.5质量浓度明显降低;电除尘器总尘脱除效率分别从99.77%提髙到99.86%和99.91 %,PM2.5的脱除效率分别从96.68%提高到98.07%和98.42 %;在脱除烟气中SOxB 能方面,喷水对脱SO2作用并不明显,但可配合电除尘器实现35.0%的SO3脱除效率,喷碳酸钠溶液后,电除尘器对SO2 、SO3 的脱除效率分别为41.3%、80.6%。本研究可为燃煤烟气、烧结烟气、窑路烟气等电除尘器的提效改造提供一种新的技术思路。By setting up the electric dust removal and efficiency improvement test system, the dust characteristics, the performance of the electric dust collector and the SOx removal performance are studied after no spraying, spraying of water and spraying of sodium carbonate solution. The results show that, after spraying of water and spraying of sodium carbonate solution, the specific resistance of fly ash in working condition is significantly lower than that of non-spraying of anything, reducing from normal (non-spraying)7.02×10^12Ω·cm to 6.15× 10^11 Ω·cm and 1. 24 × 10^11 Ω·cm respectively;moreover, the aggregation of fine particles is obvious, and the mass concentration of PM2 5 is significantly reduced. In terms of the ESP performance, the removal efficiency of total dust is increased from 99.77% to 99.86% and 99.91% respectively. The removal efficiency of PM15 is increased from 96. 68% to 98.07% and 98. 42% respectively. In terms of SOx removal of flue gas,water spraying has no obvious effect on SO2 removal, but 35.0% removal efficiency of SO3 can be achieved in cooperation with the ESP. After spraying of sodium carbonate solution, the removal efficiency of SO2 and SO3 by ESP is 41. 3% and 80. 6% respectively. This study can provide a new technical idea for improving the efficiency of ESP of coal-fired flue gas, sintering flue gas and kiln flue gas.
