摘  要:主要对上倾倒框进行了工艺性分析,指出该铸件的铸造工艺设计难点。通过对铸件结构、形状和尺寸的详细分析,设计了合理的工艺方案、相关工艺参数及浇注系统,运用Procast软件进行铸造工艺的模拟。通过数值模拟,分析铸造工艺所存在的问题并提出优化方案,最终得到可生产出质量均匀,结构完整和符合铸件使用要求的工艺方案。The technological analysis of the upside-down frame was carried out, and the difficulties in the casting process design were pointed out. Through the detailed analysis of the structure, shape and size of the castings, a reasonable process plan, relevant process parameters and a reasonable pouring system were designed. The casting process was simulated by using Procast software. Through numerical simulation, the problems existing in the casting process were analyzed, and the optimization scheme was put forward. Finally, the casting process scheme which could produce the parts which had uniform quality, complete structure and met the requirements was obtained.
