锻态AZ81与AZ81E镁合金组织与冲击性能研究

摘  要:对挤锻复合成形的AZ81、AZ81E镁合金,在室温进行了V型缺口冲击试验,研究了Ce对镁合金缺口冲击韧性的影响。结果表明:Ce的加入使AZ81镁合金的室温冲击韧性提高;锻态的AZ81镁合金断口为明显的韧脆断裂特征,而AZ81E因Al4Ce相弥散于基体内,变形后在其周围组织形成产生强化,其断口形貌变为以韧性为主的韧脆混合断裂。V-notch impact tests were carried out at room temperature for AZ81 and AZ81E magnesium alloys formed by extrusion-forging compound forming. The effect of Ce on the impact toughness of magnesium alloys was studied. The results show that the impact toughness of AZ81 magnesium alloy at room temperature increases with the addition of Ce, and as-forged AZ81E magnesium alloy is obvious ductile and brittle fracture characteristic, while Al4Ce phase disperses in the matrix of AZ81E alloy, distortion occurs around the microstructure, then the alloy is strengthened, and the fracture morphology changes to ductile brittle mixed fracture dominated by ductility.
