摘 要:针对某结合齿传统加工中充不满、刮料等缺陷以及耗能大、效率低等问题,提出了一套整体闭式冷精锻成形工艺方案。利用有限元数值模拟软件Deform-3D深入分析了该工艺方案的环坯内径尺寸、摩擦系数以及压机速度对最大成形载荷及成形质量的影响规律。优选的环坯内径为52 mm,摩擦系数为0.08,压机速度为10 mm/s。此工艺下,成形载荷较小,且无折叠、刮料、充不满等缺陷,成形质量较好。Aiming at the problems such as insufficient filling, scraps and other defects as well as high energy consumption and low efficiency in the traditional machining of a combined tooth, a set of integral closed cold precision forging forming process was put forward. The influences of inner diameter of the ring billet, friction factor and press speed on the maximum forming load and forming quality were deeply analyzed by using finite element numerical simulation software Deform-3D. The optimum inner diameter of ring billet is 52 mm, the friction factor is 0.08, the press speed is 10 mm/s. Under this process, the forming load is small, and there are no folding, scraping, filling and other defects, and the forming quality is better.
