摘  要:在氩气保护下,以BNi2非晶合金箔作为中间层,对SIMP钢进行瞬时液相扩散连接,探究焊接温度对接头组织及性能的影响。结果表明,在焊接压力为8 MPa,焊接时间为3min时,最佳焊接温度为1240℃。Transient liquid phase(TLP) bonding process of SIMP steel was carried out by using BNi2 amorphous foil as interlayer in argon atmosphere. The influence of welding temperature on the microstructure and property of welded joint was studied. The result shows that when the welding pressure is 8 MPa and the welding time is 3 min, the optimum welding temperature is 1240℃.
