摘　　要：在锅炉制造企业中搭建基于质量可追溯的仓库条码系统的方案,依托批次特性管理对锅炉产品关键原材料的批次及相关信息进行可追溯管理.通过条码技术及移动扫码设备提升仓库收发物料的效率,实现双计量单位物料管理,提升过账及时性及库存动态管控能力.This paper briefly introduces the scheme of building a barcode system of warehouse based on Quality Traceability in boiler manufacturing enterprises.The batch and related information of key raw materials of boiler products are traceable managed by batch characteristic management.The efficiency,timeliness and logistics management level of material receiving and receiving in warehouse are improved by barcode technology and mobile scanner equipment.
