摘  要:随着矿山的大规模开采,地质储量日益减少,矿石品位不断降低。降低矿石贫化损失,可有效提高矿石回收率。为了充分利用资源,分析了昆阳磷矿、晋宁磷矿和尖山磷矿的地质、采剥、设备、爆破等现状,结合实际情况,对影响矿石贫化损失的多种因素进行了分析,以技改促生产,达到降低矿石贫化损失的目的。并建议采用新设备、新采矿方法回收残矿、难选矿,充分利用区域矿产拓展矿石的利用率,实现资源综合利用。With the large-scale mining of phosphate deposits,the geological reserves are reducing and the ore grade is decreasing.Reducing the loss of ore dilution can effectively increase the ore recovery.In order to make full use of resources,the present situation of geology,mining,stripping,equipment and blasting of Kunyang,Jinning and Jianshan Phosphate Mines are analyzed.Based on the actual situation,the factors affecting ore dilution loss are analyzed,so as to promote production by technological transformation and reduce ore dilution loss.New equipment and new mining methods are adopted to recover residual ore and refractory ore,and the regional mineral resources are fully utilized to expand the utilization rate of ore,realizing the comprehensive utilization of resources.
