摘 要:溜井放矿是大多数矿山的重要出矿手段,分析溜井的稳定性有利于矿山生产的稳定和采矿计划安排。溜井放矿过程中会对溜井造成一定程度的损伤,分析其损坏程度有助于对溜井整体稳定性的评判。采用FLAC^3D数值模拟方法分析溜井的应力变化情况。以某铜矿的溜井放矿为例,从放矿过程中的摩擦破坏程度和应力变化情况分析溜井的稳定性。通过三维激光扫描技术结合FLAC^3D建立溜井模型,根据应力变化情况整体分析溜井的稳定性。研究结果表明:溜井放矿会造成应力集中,导致溜井出现摩擦损伤。在矿体开采过程中应削弱应力集中现象,以保证溜井的稳定性,确保放矿工作的顺利进行。The ore-drawing in orepass is an important means of ore-drawing in most mines.Analyzing the stability of orepass is conducive to the stability of mine production and the arrangement of mining plan.In the process of ore drawing,the ore pass will be damaged to a certain extent,and the analysis of the damage degree is helpful to the evaluation of the overall stability of the orepass.FLAC^3Dnumerical simulation method is used to analyze the stress variation of the orepass.Taking the ore-drawing of a copper mine as an example,the stability of the orepass is analyzed from the degree of friction damage and stress change during the ore-drawing process.The overall stability of the orepass is analyzed by three-dimensional laser scanning technology,combined with FLAC^3Dto build a orepass model in light of the stress changes,The research shows that the ore-drawing will cause stress concentration and friction damage.Stress concentration should be weakened in the process of ore body mining to ensure the stability of orepass and the smooth ore drawing.
