摘 要:用柠檬酸作为浸出剂研究了贵州织金低品位钙质磷块岩的浸出动力学,结果表明,氧化钙的浸出率随柠檬酸的质量分数增加而增大,矿石粒度对浸出率的影响效果不显著;浸出过程可以用一级未反应芯缩核模型较好地描述,其动力学方程为1-(1-a)^1/3=3.67×10^4e^-36.63/RTt,表观活化能为36.63kJ/mol,动力学控制步骤为化学反应控制。The leaching kinetics of low-grade calcareous phosphate ore in Zhijin,Guizhou was studied with citric acid as leaching agent.The leaching results showed that the leaching rate of calcium oxide increased with the increase of acid concentration,and the effect of particle size on the leaching rate was not significant.The leaching process could be well described by the first-order unreacted shrinkage core model with the kinetic equation being,the apparent activation energy being 36.63 kJ/mol and the kinetic control step being chemical reaction control.
