摘 要:在物质组成和工艺矿物学研究的基础上对含重晶石32.71%、萤石23.35%的云南某尾矿进行综合回收试验研究,结果表明:以自制BCK为捕收剂,为保证萤石的可浮性用自制抑制剂BFN-3抑制重晶石,采用“混合浮选—优先浮选萤石—再选重晶石”的全浮选闭路工艺流程处理原矿,获得了品位为95.61%、回收率为82.14%的萤石精矿和品位为94.01%、回收率为77.83%的重晶石精矿,实现了资源的综合利用。Based on the study of mineral composition and processing mineralogy,a comprehensive recovery experiment was carried out for a tailings containing 32.71% barite and 23.35%fluorite in Yunnan.The results showed that with the self-made BFN-3 as inhibitor to ensure flotability of fluorite and depress barite and the self-made BCK as collector,a fluorite fluorite with95.61% grade and 82.14% recovery and a barite fluorite with94.01% grade and 77.83% recovery were obtained by treating the run-of-mine ore in the closed-circuit process of full flotation with " mixed flotation-preferential flotation-reseparation of barite",realizing the comprehensive utilization of resources.
