摘　　要：对空调外壳支架进行了结构分析,借助于MOLDFLOW软件针对塑件结构特点进行了浇口位置分析,确定了点浇口转侧浇口浇注系统;在选定注射机上优化了多段式螺杆注射速度曲线,设计了冷却水路,优化了保压曲线和冷却工艺参数.上述工作为模具设计和试模提供了重要的理论指导.Structure analysis on air conditioner housing bracket is carried out.By means of MOLDFLOW software,gate location analysis is proceeded aiming at the structure characteristic of the plastic part;feeding system of point gate turning side gate is determined by analysis and comparison;multistage ram speed curve on selected injection machine is optimized;design of cooling circuits is performed,packing curve and cooling parameters are improved.All the above work provides important theoretical guidance for mold design and test.
