排插前盖注塑模具的设计

摘　　要：排插前盖设计成五孔的插孔模式,合理的利用空间资源,使用灵活方便,经济实惠.为了降低排插制造成本,在生产中采用注塑成型工艺的生产模式.注塑成型工艺是一个能将复杂结构产品快速生产并能保证其质量的重要生产手段.在排插前盖的注塑模具设计过程中,先分析其尺寸结构,然后利用CAD及Proe等设计软件对注塑模具各个部分进行结构设计、模拟仿真开模与合模.The front cover is designed as a five-hole Jack mode,which makes rational use of space resources,is flexible,convenient and economical.In order to reduce the production cost of arranging and inserting,the production mode of injection moulding process is adopted in production.Injection moulding process is an important means of rapid production of complex structural products and to ensure their quality.In the design process of injection mould for the front cover of row insertion,the dimension structure of the injection mould is analyzed firstly,and then the structure of each part of the injection mould is designed,simulated,opened and closed by using CAD and Proe design software.
