摘 要:以PA6为基体,铝粉和氧化铝粉为填料,利用双螺杆挤出机制备了复合材料,研究了复合材料的力学性能和导热性能。研究结果表明:铝粉和氧化铝粉作为填料复合填充到PA6中,复合材料的力学性能较纯PA6有较大程度降低,导热性能有较大程度提高,当铝粉添加量为30%、氧化铝添加量为20%时,复合材料的力学性能降低最少,导热性能提高最多,导热系数达0.81 W/(m·K)。The composites of PA6 modified with Al powder and Al2O3 powder as filler were prepared by a parallel twin-screw extruder.The mechanical property and thermal conductivity of the PA6 composites were studied.The results show that the mechanical property of PA6 composites will have a greater degree of reduction and the thermal conductivity will have a greater degree of improvement by filling Al and Al2O3 powder compared with pure PA6.When the addition amount of Al powder is 30%and the addition amount of Al2O3 is 20%,the mechanical properties of the test composites are reduced least,the thermal conductivity is improved most,the thermal conductivity is 0.81 W/(m·K).
