摘 要:以具有代表性结构特征的气辅塑料件为研究对象,结合气辅成型全三维数值模拟和物理实验,探讨气体辅助注气时间与气体穿透行为的关系。结果表明:注气时间对气体穿透深度(特别是二次穿透程度)、气指缺陷、制品表面质量等有着显著的影响。较长的注气时间可以加强气体穿透效果,提高气体体积百分比,减少制品表面缺陷,减小制品内应力和翘曲变形,但又会加重气指缺陷的程度。Taking a gas-assisted plastic product with representative structural characteristics as the research object,the relationship between gas injection time and gas penetration behavior was discussed based on the numerical simulation of full 3 D gas-assisted injection molding and physical experiments.The results show that gas injection time has a significant effect on the gas penetration depth,especially the second penetration degree,gas fingering defects and surface quality of products.Longer gas injection time can enhance gas penetration effect,increase gas volume percentage,reduce the product surface defects,reduce internal stress and warpage of the product,but it will aggravate the degree of gas fingering defects.
