摘　　要：作为宗海档案和不动产权证书的主要附图,宗海图精确记载了宗海位置、界址点线以及与相邻宗海的关系,是申明海域使用权属的重要依据。为了给绘制宗海图提供技术参考,分别从宗海图的要素、内容及编绘方法与流程等方面展开论述,并以ArcGIS平台为例,结合规范要求与绘图经验,从宗海图制图角度,详细介绍了图件绘制过程中的关键技术。As a main figure of immovable property certificate and parcel sea archives, the parcel sea map is an impor tant basis for affirming the sea use management authority, it accurately records parcel location, boundary points, bound ary line and its relationship with adjacent parcel. The parcel sea map elements, content and compilation process and methods are discussed separately in the paper. In addition, combined with standard requirements and drawing experi ence ,from a perspective of the parcel sea map making, describes the key technical links in the drawing process, aiming at providing technical reference for drawing the parcel sea map, based on the ArcGIS software platform.
