国医大师段富津教授治疗胸痹的用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的分析国医大师段富津教授治疗胸痹的用药规律,为临床用药提供参考。方法收集段富津教授治疗胸痹的医案共1 146例,采用古今医案云平台(1.5.5)对数据进行频数分析、关联分析、聚类分析。结果 1 146例医案中,涉及中药135味,其中高频药物包括炙甘草、人参、丹参、当归、黄芪等,所用药物多具有生津养血、益气复脉、健脾和胃、燥湿化痰的功效;高频药物组合包括“人参-黄芪-炙甘草”“人参-麦冬-五味子”“丹参-郁金-川芎”“瓜蒌-薤白-半夏”等。结论段富津教授治疗胸痹以气虚、血瘀为辨证之本,重视调补气血、活血理气。Objective To analyze medication laws of TCM master Duan Fujin in treating heart disease, and to provide references for clinic. Methods 1 146 cases with heart disease were treated by professor Duan Fujin as data source, Ancient and Modern medical Case Cloud Platform(1.5.5) statistical software was used to carry out frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and cluster analysis. Results The included medical cases covered 1 146 cases and 135 kinds of medicine, with 52 kinds of high frequency medicine(>10%), including Zhigancao, Renshen, Danshen, Danggui, Huangqi, etc. High frequency medicine was mainly to be medicine with the functions of nourishing blood, replenishing qi and vein, strengthening the spleen and stomach, eliminating dampness and eliminating phlegm. High frequency cluster analysis could be mainly dicided into 6 categories, including Renshen-Huangqi-Zhigancao, Renshen-Maidong-Wuweizi, Danshen-Yujin-Chuanxiong, Gualou-Xiebai-Banxia, etc. Conclusion Professor Duan Fujin’s experience for heart disease emphasize regulating and nourish qi and the blood, activating blood and regulating qi, which can provide references for clinic.
