摘　　要：本文回顾分析了1例O139型霍乱患者院内感染控制措施。依据《中华人民共和国卫生行业标准-霍乱诊断标准》确诊患者,隔离治疗,严格环境消毒,做好灭蝇工作,对密切接触者进行医学观察,同时加强卫生宣教。患者经治疗痊愈出院,未发现密切接触者和医务人员发生感染,有效防止了病原扩散。本文提出及时诊断并报告,果断采取消毒隔离和灭蝇措施,强化肠道门诊管理,可有效控制霍乱疫情的扩散。This article reviewed the nosocomial infection control measures in a patient with O139 cholera.The case of cholera was diagnosed according to the "Health Industry Standard of the People’s Republic of China-Cholera Diagnosis Criteria",and several interventions including isolation treatment,strict environmental disinfection,elimination of flies,medical observation of close contacts,and health education were performed.As a result,the patient recovered completely,and the spread of the pathogen was prevented effectively with no infection occurrence in the close contacts and medical staffs.We propose that diagnosis and reporting timely,decisive disinfection and isolation measures,and strengthening the management of intestinal outpatients may be effective for the control of the cholera epidemics.
