摘 要:目的调查青州市西南山区基层医疗机构蟑螂种群构成及侵害状况,为蟑螂的有效防治提供科学依据。方法用粘捕法捕获蟑螂,进行种类鉴定、计数及数据分析。结果共捕获蟑螂65只,分类鉴定均为德国小蠊。调查房间83间,17间受到蟑螂侵害,平均侵害率为20.48%(17/83),平均蟑螂密度为0.78只/张。不同生境均有蟑螂孳生、繁衍,食堂、病房、单身宿舍和门诊蟑螂侵害率分别为64.29%、17.24%、9.52%、5.26%,密度分别为2.14、0.9、0.29、0.16只/张。不同生境蟑螂侵害率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论青州市基层医疗机构蟑螂侵害状况较为普遍,其中食堂和病房蟑螂侵害严重,蟑螂防治工作十分严峻。Objective To investigate the population composition of cockroach as well as its density and infestation rate in primary health care institutes in mountain areas in southwest of Qingzhou,and provide scientific evidence for cockroach control.Methods Sticky trap method was used to capture cockroach in this study.Results A total of 65 cockroaches were captured in 17 rooms among 83 surveyed rooms(20.48%) in 4 institutes,and all the 65 cockroaches were identified as Blattella germanica.The density of cockroach was 0.78/per-gluing-paper.However,the infestation rate varied among different habitats,with 64.29%,17.24%,9.52% and 5.26% in canteen,ward,quarters and outpatient room respectively,and the cockroach density in the four habitats were 2.14,0.9,0.29 and 0.16 insects per paper.The infestation rates exhibited statistically significant difference among the four habitats(P<0.001).Conclusion Infestation of cockroach remained relatively high in primary health care institutes in Qingzhou,especially in canteen and ward areas.Cockroach control is a work of challenge.
