摘　　要："兴边富民"政策旨在促进边境地区经济发展,提高少数民族地区人民生活水平。本文利用双重差分法,检验了吉林省边境县(市、区)实施"兴边富民"政策的经济绩效。结果表明:"兴边富民"政策实施促进了吉林省边境县(市、区)的经济发展,提高了边民的收入水平,在缩小边境县(市、区)与其他县市之间非均衡发展问题上起到了积极的作用。The policy of " prospering the border and enriching the people" aims to promote economic development in the border areas and improve the living standards of the people in minority areas. This paper uses the double difference method to test the economic performance of the implementation of the policy of " prospering the border and enriching the people" in the border counties(cities, districts) of Jilin Province. The results show that the implementation of the policy of " prospering the border and enriching the people" promotes the economic development of border counties(cities, districts) in Jilin Province, raises the income level of border residents, and reduces the uneven development between border counties(cities, districts) and other counties and cities. The issue played a positive role.
