摘　　要：现阶段,预制装配式住宅已成为建筑行业中的一种主要建筑类型,获得了行业的一致肯定,为了使预制装配式建筑的施工质量得到保证,将工程中的安全风险降低,相关技术人员应对预制装配式建筑的设计引起重视,确保设计更加合理、科学,促进设计质量的提高,使其将更加精准的信息提供给工程建设,实现建筑工程施工质量的提升。At this stage, prefabricated houses have become a major type of building in the construction industry at this stage, and have been unanimously affirmed by the industry. In order to ensure the construction quality of prefabricated buildings, the safety risks in the project will be reduced. Relevant technicians should pay attention to the design of prefabricated buildings, ensure that the design is more reasonable and scientific, and promote the improvement of design quality, so that more accurate information can be provided to the engineering construction, and the construction quality of the construction project can be improved.
