摘　　要：显微鉴定是中药品质鉴定的一项重要方法,随着软件时代的高速发展,显微鉴定技术在定性及定量方面均有很大的提高。近现代以来,中药鉴定由简单的显微特征辨别,发展到对其进行显微特征定量、显微组织测定,并结合化学方法对其质量进行控制,该方法成为了生药鉴别、真伪优劣及其含量测定的实用技术。以中药显微定量(测量)为出发点,系统总结了数量化的显微特征在中药材、中药饮片及中药制剂品质鉴定中的应用。Microscopic identification is an important method of quality identification of traditional Chinese medicine. With the rapid development of the software age, the microscopic identification technology has been greatly improved in both qualitative and quantitative aspects. Since modern times, the identification of traditional Chinese medicine has been characterized by simple microscopic features, which has been developed to quantify the microscopic characteristics, determine the microstructure and control its quality by chemical method, which has become a practical technique for the identification of crude drugs, the authenticity and the determination of their content. Based on the microscopic quantification of traditional Chinese medicine(measurement), this paper systematically sums up the application of quantitative microscopic features in Chinese herbal medicine, Chinese herbal pieces and the quality identification of Chinese herbal preparations.
