中药生物发酵温灸膏治疗瘀滞型肩周炎对肩关节活动功能和炎症反应水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析中药生物发酵温灸膏治疗瘀滞型肩周炎对患者肩关节活动功能和炎症反应水平的影响。方法:选取瘀滞型肩周炎患者200例,采用随机数字法分成两组,对照组采用天和骨痛膏治疗,试验组采用中药生物发酵温灸膏治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:试验组患者总有效率为91.00%,对照组为81.00%,试验组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者VAS评分、肩关节活动功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者肩关节活动功能评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者炎症因子、SP、5-HT、GM-CSF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者TNF-α、IL-6、SP、5-HT、GM-CSF水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药生物发酵温灸膏治疗瘀滞型肩周炎疗效显著,可降低SP、5-HT、GM-CSF水平,减轻炎症反应,改善肩关节活动功能。Objectivee: To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) biofermented warm moxibustion ointment on shoulder function and inflammatory reaction level in patients with shoulder periarthritis of stagnation type. Methods:From October 2016 to February 2018, 200 patients with shoulder periarthritis of stagnation type were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Tianhe Gutong Ointment and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine biofermented warm moxibustion ointment. To analyze the clinical effect of two groups of patients after treatment.Results: The total effective rate was 91.00% in theexperimental group and 81.00% in the control group. The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score or shoulder motion score between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of shoulder motion function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the scores of VAS in the control group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the level of inflammatory factors SP,5-HT and GM-CSF(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,SP,5-HT and GM-CSF in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the level of IL-10 in the control group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine biofermented warm moxibustion ointment on shoulder periarthritis of stagnation type is remarkable. It can reduce the level of GM-CSF and alleviate inflammatory reaction.
