温通散眼部热熨对早期糖尿病视网膜病变眼部血流的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨温通散眼部热熨对早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者眼部血流的影响。方法:选择早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者64例(64眼),按照随机数字的方法分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组32例患者(32眼),对照组患者采用常规治疗方法,观察组患者在对照组治疗方法基础上给予温通散眼部热熨治疗,对治疗前后的眼动脉血流情况,视网膜中央动脉血流情况,视网膜中央静脉血流情况,治疗效果,进行比较。结果:经过治疗后,两组患者的眼动脉和视网膜中央动脉的收缩期血流最大值,舒张期血流最大值,均出现增高,但是治疗前后比较与组间比较,数据差异均不具有统计学意义(t=-1.959,-1.293,-1.322,-1.615,-0.446,-0.175,-0.406,-0.196,P>0.05),经过治疗后,两组患者的视网膜中央静脉血流速度均出现增高,但是对照组治疗前后比较,数据差异均不具有统计学意义(t=-0.835,P>0.05),观察组为治疗后数值高于治疗前,数据差异具有统计学意义(t=-3.939,P<0.05),经过治疗后,两组患者的眼动脉和视网膜中央动脉的阻力指数均降低,但是对照组患者治疗前后比较,数据差异不具有统计学意义(t=1.112,1.248,P>0.05),观察组为治疗后数值低于治疗前,数据差异具有统计学意义(t=4.886,3.795,P<0.05),两组患者的治疗效果数据差异不具有统计学意义(z=-0.187,P>0.05)。结论:使用温通散眼部热熨对早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者治疗,可以降低眼动脉与视网膜中央动脉血流的阻力指数,提升视网膜中央静脉血流速度。Objective:To investigate the effect of Wentong Powder eye hot ironing on the ocular blood flow of patients with early diabetic retinopathy. Methods:Sixty-four patients(64 eyes) with early diabetic retinopathy were selected. According to the random number method, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, 32 patients in each group(32 eyes). The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment, and those in the observation group were given Wentong Powder eye hot ironing on the basis of the treatment method of the control group. We compared ocular artery blood flow before and after treatment, central retinal blood flow, central retinal blood flow, and treatment effects. Results:After treatment, the maximum systolic blood flow and the maximum diastolic blood flow in the ophthalmic artery and central retinal artery were increased in both groups. However, there was no statistically significant difference in data before and after treatment(t=-1.959,-1.993,-1.322,-1.615,-0.446,-0.175,-0.406,-0.196, P>0.05). After treatment, the central venous blood flow velocity of both groups increased. However, the data was not statistically significant(t=-0.835, P>0.05). The observation group had higher statistical value after treatment(t=-3.939, P<0.05). After treatment, the resistance index of the ophthalmic artery and central retinal artery decreased in both groups. However, the data of the control group was not statistically significant before and after treatment(t=1.112, 1.248, P>0.05). The observation group’s was lower after treatment, and the data difference was statistically significant(t=4.886, 3.795, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect data between the two groups(z=-0.187, P>0.05). Conclusion:Treatment of patients with early diabetic retinopathy using Wentong Powder eye hot ironing can reduce the resistance index of the blood flow of the ophthalmic artery and central retinal artery and increase the blood flow velocity of the central r
