摘　　要：功能性便秘在临床上易反复发作、经久不愈,西医药物治疗疗效不佳且副作用大,因此寻找新的有效、安全的治疗方法迫在眉睫。水针疗法亦称为穴位注射疗法,穴位注射疗法以中医基础理论为指导,激发经络穴位的治疗作用为依据,再结合现代药物及药理作用而形成的一种独特的中医外治法。这种方法使药物在经脉中保持着高浓度,并且沿经脉的循行将药物快速、准确地送达病患部位。因其操作简单、疗效突出,受到医学工作者的极大热爱。天枢穴是大肠的募穴,在此穴进行水针疗法,经穴位和药物的共同刺激,调理胃肠功能紊乱,调畅腑气,恢复大肠传导功能,使糟粕得以下行,大便通畅。Functional constipation is prone to recurrent and persistent attacks in clinic,the curative effect of Western medicine is not good and the side effect is serious.Therefore,it is urgent to find a new effective and safe treatment method.Water acupuncture therapy is also called acupoint injection.Acupoint injection therapy is based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,stimulates the therapeutic effect of meridian acupoints,and combines with modern medicine and pharmacological action to form a unique external treatment method of tradional Chinese medicine.It keeps the drug high dose in the meridian and follows along the meridian,which make medicine rapid and accurate delivery of the patients'site.The operation is simple,the curative effect is outstanding,and is greatly loved by the medical workers.Tianshu acupoint is the front-mu point of large intestine,in the hole for water acupuncture therapy,by combined application of acupuncture and medicine,which will regulate gastrointestinal dysfunction,regulate the Fuqi,restore the conduction function of the large intestine,so that the dregs can be downward,keep bowels open.
