光疗及中药贴剂敷脐联合治疗新生儿黄疸临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床上光疗联合中药贴剂敷脐治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法:将我院2016年3月—2018年6月收治的130例新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为两组各65例,对照组采用单纯光照疗法,观察组采用光疗联合中药贴剂敷脐,比较两组不同治疗时期血清总胆红素水平,观察两组患儿的治疗效果、血清总胆红素恢复正常时间、住院时间以及不良反应情况。结果:两组患儿在治疗后1、3和5d血清总胆红素水平均呈下降趋势,且观察组血清总胆红素水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,血清总胆红素恢复正常所需时间和住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:光疗联合中药贴剂敷脐治疗新生儿黄疸,能显著提高治疗效果,可供临床借鉴。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of phototherapy combined with umbilical application of Chinese herbal medicine on the neonatal jaundice.Methods:130 children with neonatal jaundice in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with phototherapy alone,the observation group was treated with phototherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine patch.The serum total bilirubin levels at different treatment periods were compared between the two groups.The therapeutic effects,serum total bilirubin recovery time,hospitalization time and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results:Serum total bilirubin levels decreased at 1 day,3 days,and 5 days after treatment,serum total bilirubin levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The time required for the recovery of serum total bilirubin and the hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the untoward effect between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Phototherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine patch for the treatment of neonatal jaundice can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and can be used for clinical reference.
