保守治疗腰间盘突出症432例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合配合骶管、神经根注射保守治疗腰间盘突出症的疗效。方法:432例腰间盘突出症患者进行腰椎牵引、针灸、手法治疗、物理治疗、中药熏蒸、骶管注射、神经根注射等综合治疗。比较治疗前后JOA评分及VAS评分的变化,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:432例患者治疗后效果较好,治愈108例,显效185例,好转113例,无效26例,总有效率93.98%。治疗后疼痛程度评分和JOA评分较好,改善明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合配合骶管、神经根注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine with sacral canal and nerve root injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:432 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with lumbar traction,acupuncture,manipulation,physiotherapy,fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine,sacral canal injection and nerve root injection.The changes of JOA score and VAS score before and after treatment were analyzed statistically.Results:Among the 432 patients,108 cases were cured,185 cases were markedly effective,113 cases were improved and 26 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.98%.After treatment,the pain degree score and JOA score were better and improved obviously.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with sacral canal and nerve root injection is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
