摘 要:介绍了一种具有除垢阻垢、缓蚀、抑制有害菌藻繁殖、除磷、降解有机物、絮凝沉降等多种水处理效果的微生物菌剂(MEMA),并对其作用原理进行介绍。为解决传统化学药剂处理工业循环冷却水存在浓排水TP、COD、SS超标的问题,首次在保有水量为2. 5万m3的火力发电厂循环冷却水系统中进行了工业应用试验。试验结果表明:该微生物菌剂除具有传统化学药剂阻垢、缓蚀、抑制有害菌藻的作用外,还同时具有降低TP、COD、SS的效果。对比2种药剂,塔池浓排水ρ(TP)平均值由2. 4 mg/L下降至0. 5 mg/L,ρ(COD)平均值由86. 3 mg/L下降至43. 1 mg/L,ρ(SS)平均值由39. 3 mg/L下降至9. 1 mg/L,表明该菌剂对降低TP、COD、SS浓度具有良好效果。This paper introduced the working principle of microbial agents with the effect of descaling,corrosion inhibition,sterilization,phosphorus removal,organic degradation,flocculation and sedimentation. In order to solve the problem that the quality of industrial recirculated cooling water treated with traditional chemical agents exceeding the sewage discharge standard on TP,COD and SS,an industrial application test was performed in a system at a coal-fired power plant with water storage of25000 m3. The results showed that the microbial agents not only achieved the effect of inhibiting scale,corrosion and reproduction of harmful bacteria and algae,but also achieved the effect of reducing TP,COD and SS. The TP content in the concentrated blowdown decreased from 2. 4 mg/L to 0. 5 mg/L,and COD content decreased from 86. 3 mg/L to 43. 1 mg/L,and that of SS decreased from 39. 3 mg/L to 9. 1 mg/L. The microbial agents were effective for removing TP,COD,SS in coding water.
