摘 要:对连续流间歇生物反应器(CIBR)污泥吸附生活污水低浓度氨氮的性能进行了实验研究。研究表明:CIBR工艺好氧段和缺氧段活性污泥和灭活污泥的氨氮吸附能力均较差,但活性污泥的吸附能力强于灭活污泥;CIBR缺氧初期活性污泥对不同进水浓度的氨氮的吸附率只有10%左右,且吸附量与吸附率呈负相关,并通过缺氧不同水力停留时间(HRT)实验证实污泥对氨氮的吸附存在饱和吸附容量为1. 02 mg NH4+-N/g VSS;污泥对氨氮的吸附遵循线性模型和Freundlich模型,表明污泥对氨氮的吸附以多分子层的不均匀吸附模式为主;好氧/缺氧/厌氧污泥环境变化对污泥吸附生活污水中低浓度氨氮能力的影响不明显,平均吸附率为8. 6%。The adsorption capacity of sludge on low concentration ammonium of domestic sewage was preliminarily studied in a pilot-scale continued-flow intermittent biological reactor( CIBR). The following conclusions were drawn: firstly,the ammonium adsorption capacity was compared between activated sludge and inactivated sludge in the aerobic and anoxic stages of CIBR process. It was found that all kinds of sludge had poor adsorption capability and the adsorption capacity of the activated sludge was stronger than that of the inactivated sludge. Then,the ammonium adsorption capacity of activated sludge in the initial stage of anoxic CIBR process was obtained by static adsorption experiment with different influent ammonium concentration. The average adsorption rate was only about 10%. The ammonium adsorption capacity by sludge showed negative correlation with the ammonium concentration,so the staturated value of 1. 02 mg NH4+-N/g VSS was also confirmed by anoxic experiment with different hydraulic retention time( HRT). Thirdly,the characteristic curve of ammonium adsorption was drawn using linear function and Freundlich function of adsorption isotherm,which demonstrated that the adsorption of ammonium by sludge was mainly inhomogeneous adsorption of multi-molecular layers. Finally,there was no significant influence of environmental changes of aerobic/anoxic/anaerobic on the adsorption capacity of sludge on low concentration ammonium of domestic sewage in CIBR,and the average adsorption rate was 8. 6%.
